During our recent vacation we made several side trips to do a bit of shopping and sightseeing.  Plant City, Florida is located in Hillsborough County, Florida off of Interstate 4 just south on Highway 92.  It is known as the winter strawberry capital of the world hosting the annual Florida Strawberry Festive in February or early March.  This even is attended by people from all over the United States as well as worldwide.  Plant City is a picturesque town a bit on the quaint side yet touristy.  There are several antique and second hand resale shops in the downtown area that is has cobblestone pavement on the streets.  I just had to have a picture of their gorgeous wall mural that spans the entire lower level side of one of the businesses.  A small, well kept park with benches and a fountain are set in front beckoning you to sit a spell.  There is a small parking lot as well so you can browse a few of the quaint stores.
