Minnows
June 17, 2010
One aspect of boating is a greater appreciation for calm waters. In the shallow waters of some waterways it is easy for an observant viewer to spot a wide range of flora and fauna. This time of year it is common to see tiny minnows flitting about in shallow waters. There was quite a large school of minnows just barely visible towards the middle of the picture. They quickly moved away upon seeing my shadow but I managed to get a few pictures.
