The Wake

We took our boat out last Saturday for her maiden voyage of 2010. The weather was gorgeous with warm winds from the south making the water on the choppy side. One of my favourite things about boating is the wake. When the boat comes to plane the motor hums nicely while cutting through the water forming the foamy sparkly wake behind the boat. It is just so pretty as the sun turns the water droplets into diamonds!
